Pabel Antonio Cervantes, a professor at Tec de Monterrey in Puebla, has presented a methodology for measuring government actions relating to water use to the International Water Association (IWA) in Toronto, Canada.

The Water Center for Latin America and the Caribbean is a research and innovation hub sponsored by Tec de Monterrey, FEMSA Foundation, and the Inter-American Development Bank which explores the interaction between nature and its geoprocesses, socio-water systems, science, and technology.

The Faculty of Excellence initiative aims to bring internationally distinguished professors to Tec de Monterrey.
