Twenty-five years ago, Tec de Monterrey launched the Alfonso Reyes Lectures, an initiative proposed by Carlos Fuentes that has connected writers, academics, and intellectuals with the Tec community and society in general.

Tecnológico de Monterrey has presented the SuperApp, which it called MiTecApp, a new digital ecosystem that brings together all the institution’s services on one platform and which is now in a pilot format.

The Tec is joining up with 3 universities in Asia and 1 in Europe to promote learning that benefits both in-person and virtual students simultaneously.

Although generative artificial intelligence promises to revolutionize higher education, it will bring both benefits and risks, said Dr. Francisco José García Peñalvo, a professor at the University of Salamanca.

As part of Tec de Monterrey’s IFE Conference, experts from universities and higher education consortiums discussed global collaboration, how it enriches universities, and why online education should be included in educational models.
